"They are 10 stars . All of them are genuinely very friendly, clean equipment, smells good and is a relaxing environment, I've never had to wait in the lobby. They all have great communication skills. They ask questions and actually listen to your response so that they can better target the pain, ease discomfort, and treat the problem. Their approach is gentle and non judgemental. Dr. Austin is very skilled. He not only is helping with the main issues, he also provides relief of the areas that are the most bothersome since the last visit. I'm really really impressed with the staff and treatments to help "fix me" ."

"The staff is awesome. They truly Time to find what they’re doing to you they wanna know what you think and constantly asked if you have any questions. They truly care about their patients. I have to add I have never had to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes from the time I get there. I couldn’t tell you what’s in their waiting room because I’ve never had to wait. To me that is important."

"PRIME is such an amazing place! I toggle between the north and south location due to my work schedule and everyone is always so accommodating, helpful and nice! The chiropractors are knowledgeable in their practice and work to meet your needs! When I first started coming here I had three herniated disks in the lower back, one was so severe I could barely walk but the decompression therapy combined with chiropractic care has got me back on my feet! The office managers and secretaries are top notch! I highly recommend to come here to meet all your chiropractic needs! Definitely a five star service!"
