"My name is Curtis Bradford my first visit at SSM 19 Boulevard was great. It was only 66 2024 at 10:20. That was my appointment. I have to ask for forgiveness because can’t remember the doctors name or her age chucked it up a little bit because that was my first visit, but the doctor was quite quite knowledgeable. Friendly gave me good advice made sure I was OK recommended blood testing. She also check my feet to see if I can feel certain sticks that she would do to bottom. My feet said my heartbeat was my post was good and my feet And my A1c was good assistance was very nice knowledgeable and took care of me. Also, I just want to say thanks to both of them and forgive me again my first visit don’t remember names but I will."
