"My “DMV Anxiety” is now gone after going to the Elsberry DMV! Literally walked in and Ashley had me sit down at her desk. I was there to pay sales tax on 2 vehicles and get a duplicate title. It was seriously the most painless experience with her! This is definitely going to be the one I go to from now on. Yes, it’s about half an hour away but I’d rather be driving looking at beautiful land than standing in a long line at every other DMV around here. Thank you again Ashley and the Elsberry DMV!"

"You have options in life. Wait hours at the Ofallon DMV or make the drive an hour round trip to this DMV. I picked the correct choice. I am a disabled Veteran with PTSD. I can't sit in a crowded DMV in line waiting for my turn to talk to the crabby person behind the desk, so I took a drive and got the 5 minutes early. Right at 8am the open light came on and I was let in. I don't know if she was crabby because I was in and out in 5 minutes or less which included a bathroom break midway through, she even laughed at a dumb comment which goes a long way because I am used to the DMV being sad faces no matter where you look, the crowd or the workers. I don't have to do this again for 6 years unless I buy a different vehicle but I suggest anyone that is will to go on a country road trip to make the journey, or don't so that it doesn't get busy in the next 6 years when I need it again.
