"Not a passenger - just a person sharing the road who had to slam on my brakes because the driver apparently couldn’t wait for me to get through the intersection. He was at a stop sign - I was in free flowing traffic with no one behind me. Called the company and they said the driver was the owner of the company. Just something for potential customers to keep in mind."

"Writing this as we are coming back from Disney after a 4 day trip. Buses are old, uncomfortable, very limited in space, and sound like they could come apart at any minute. You wont be sleeping any on these trips either! The constant squeaking and terrible leg room make rest after a long day of walking and standing impossible. Even with sufficient leg room and a quiet environment, it gets so stuffy and hot that you’ll genuinely be sweating while trying to make yourself comfortable. This happened not only on the way back, but on the way there as well. The drivers are very respectful and the buses are clean, but you won’t be comfortable at the end of a long day or throughout your trip. The company was very accommodating throughout our trip however and was attentive and thorough with our experience."

"I cannot tell for the whole company but I sure can tell you about my experience in a 20 hour ride with Mr. Porter. The ride was supposed to be 12 hours long from Fort Leonard Wood, MO to Fort Gordon, GA, but the bus we initially had had some fuel pressure issues and we had a small setback that coincided with our dinner break. Mr. Porter kept us informed the whole time and made arrangements for us to have dinner nearby. By the time we had finished dining, we had a second bus waiting for us. Everything was very smooth and what could be handled by the personnel, was handled outstandingly. I am very satisfied with this gentleman‘s service and the quick response from the operations department to get us a new bus. The buses aren’t new, but they are clean and well kept. Lavatory is nice and clean."
