"Always fast, helpful and professional. Reading these one star reviews makes me wonder how people are so clueless. I am with TRICARE and TRICARE sent our letters and emails that Hinesville Pharmacy wouldn’t be in the network. I wouldn’t place blame on the busines, but the negligence of the customer for not doing a good job researching your benefits. If you don’t know how to research ask the ladies in Hinesville Pharmacy, they are quick to explain or help get the answer! Some of my medication are cheaper to get from Hinesville Pharmacy, rather than drive all the way to jesup for someone that is in the network. As for the other reviews that are one starred they seem to enjoying complaining about nothing! Thank you Hinesville pharmacy for your continued professionalism and above par service, which is definitely hard to find in Hinesville! Thank you for the reminders when my medication is ready and thank you for an easy refill process."

"Been going to them for a few months and it’s been nothing but a headache. They do not communicate well at all and when transferring prescriptions they do not call and tell you when things are ready. They do not call for anything honestly. I signed up to be notified via text and they will text you to death when you don’t pick up a prescription the day it is ready…harass you to be honest! I scheduled a Covid shot appt for my entire family a few weeks ago, placed it in all of our calendars and showed up as scheduled. I went to check in and was told that the appt was for the following day, I asked to see the calendar and our slots were written in on a entire different calendar day. I asked why I hadn’t received any notification that my appt had changed and was told I was called. I have NEVER received a single call from this establishment since I have been utilizing them. I do not erase anything in my phone for these type of reasons and have never received anything other than texts to pick up medication after it was filled days later. I asked why a message wasn’t left and was told that they did leave a voice message…false information once again. I received every other establishments calls and voicemails but never for this one. I was told the appt was changed last week, then I was told it was changed this morning. Children had to be checked out and clearly our time was wasted. Tricare will no longer be using this establishment officially in two weeks so for anyone else….don’t waste your time, Find somewhere else to go!"
