CVS

"My husband dropped my script off at 4:30 pm today. I had hip surgery today and he drove straight from the hospital to the pharmacy. I was due for another med earliest at 6 pm, latest 8 pm. It's now been 3.5 hours and my script still isn't filled. He told them I just had surgery and need the meds for pain control. CVS (according to company policy) is supposed to triage medication fills, which they obviously aren't doing. All of my meds from the surgery have worn off and I'm in excruciating pain with no refill in site. This is absolutely not okay."

"The lady that was working as cashier in the pharmacy was extremely rude. She made sure to tell me that she had 400 other prescriptions to fill before mine. She refused to check the Richmond Hill inventory to see if I could get my prescription filled sooner. Awful customer service."

"If I could give 100 stars I would! The pharmacy staff is awesome! They are always busy as Hinesville is a small town and almost everybody here goes to CVS however no matter how busy they are the pharmacist Stephanie always greets me. That means a lot! Jill is always so helpful! I have seen the other reviews and I totally disagree!! I understand when you are sick you want instant relief and instant medication but they are doing the best they can to get all the prescription out in a timely manner. I have witnessed staff being verbally abused by customers for reasons beyond their control like insurance issues! Not everything that goes wrong is their fault! They are so dedicated that it was 90 degrees outside and the AC broke but they kept working!! cVS should give them all a raise!!!"

"Had a great experience. I fail to remember the associates name, but she was great. I only walked in to use the atm, but was greeted, was offered assistance, and after deciding that I was in fact going to purchase something, I was quickly rung up. CVS will be getting no complaints from me. They do deserve a remodel though."

"If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. Every single time we get antibiotics filled there they are too lazy to check if it’s been mixed!! They will send you home with straight powder. Please check your meds before you leave so you don’t make it all the way home just to go all the way back to have them fill it. They obviously need to get a better system going or be trained on their positions again."
