"So I went to this location this evening 8-27-24, only because my phone for the entire day had been unable to connect to a network as well make or receive text messages or calls. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful and asked her manager ( blonde guy who was busy with his putting game vs. Buzz cut manager not sure who the boss is)who said it was due to an outage. I have had a crack in my screen for months and figured while I am in the store I should just get a new phone. Associate relayed that I had a premium subscription, as well as insurance so I would only be responsible for sales tax. Associate looked for phone unfortunately they dis not have it in stock. She then informed me since it was cracked I would have to pay full price idk maybe she is new. She consulted managers again who's putt game was once again interrupted. Both of the managers (I don't know why there isn't one) then proceded to blame each other and get mad at questions I asked even thought they directly correlated to my conversations with the store associate. When pressed buzzed hair manager got a supremely bad customer service attitude when asked questions he did not want to answer. All the while I asked why they contradicted each other and blamed me for their failure to communicate as a team or have a customer service attitude I was ready to pay Xtra. Will be canceling with ATT apparently having a manager putting contest is more important than running a store. Ps my phone still does not work unless on wifi which they were zero help with."
"Great customer service from Clayton. I had my screen replaced 6 months ago and I noticed this weekend it was not secure. My phone was no longer under warranty. He gave me some options for getting new phone and switched over my data seamlessly! Thank you so much!"
"I had my purse stolen with my phone in it this morning. I visited the AT&T store on Chippewa and they were able to help me get a new phone restore everything that I needed and get everything set up. I had three different people help me and each one of them were awesome highly recommend going fast, efficient and super friendly."
"I was met by Victoria and had unpleasant experiences with her before. I've been dealing with this problem since April and instead of attempting to diffuse the situation she escalated it with her loust attitude. She got her manager who knows his customer service skills well. He couldn't help me with this billing issue, but he took the time to explain why the store couldn't help. He asked me if it was okay to use me to train an associate. She, Abby, was pleasant as well. I have still to call the customer service number he gave me, but he gave me his number to follow up. If not for Victoria I'd have gone with 5 stars and because of her would have given 2 or 3 stars."
