"You have to dig but you can find some really nice items at the store. The manager runs a tight ship it works hard to keep the place properly staffed. I particularly like the recent addition of the security at the door."

"I have to say it in January, and most stores' merchandise has been depleted because of Christmas, but I would really think it's been long enough to restock the shelves of this store. I needed to return some shoes, boots, and a jacket for larger sizes from my grandaughter. They just simply did not have any of the items in larger sizes. This is the 3rd store I have tried to find these in."

"There's barely enough carts so you have to wait your turn, the clothes sizes are all mixed in, the service sucks. I love Burlingtons prices and clothing choices though. And I love that they have way more than just clothes. Did all of my Christmas shopping there."

"I would probably give this store a 4.5 or maybe even a five if they were open the hours that are posted I don’t get why the hours post are til11pm regularly & 12am during holidays when they are not I could understand if sometimes they had to close early because shortage of workers but their never open as late as they post ! It’s inconsiderate because shoppers like myself will drive there & their close it’s added mileage is n my vehicle a waste of my gas & waste f my time & my time is something I will never get back! It’s obvious they know they don’t have the workers to stay open late cause it’s happening daily ! ! Also the employees are rude when ask about it! Just very unprofessional!"

"Recently started shopping here again after years of avoiding this store for many reasons, safety, seedy people, theft, store conditions. However, was pleasantly surprised at the obvious turnaround taking place under the New Store Manager Mike's management!! There is a visible difference in every area, store itself was much cleaner, better organized, and new security measures in place with addition of Stl police officers working as security not only at the entrance, but throughout the store. There is also friendly employees greeting you at the entrance, but best of all, while looking around, new Mgr Mike, approached me, introduced himself, offered assistance, and advised me of upcoming merchandise I may be interested in. After commenting on the positive changes I was seeing, he discussed his plan for turning this store around and was enthusiastic about it. Great job Mike !! You're a welcome sight in what had become a run down derelict store. Good luck sir"
