"Biggest scam ever. Bought a scratch and dent. Found 1 without a scratch, without a dent. Brand new. He said he needed to "check it out" since it was new. A few days later, he still wasn't ready, said he could find it. The next day he had a used, beat to he'll, on every side, every corner. He said that's the one we picked. That's not the one. I'd pick that one to throw away. Got ripped off"

"Bought a washer and dryer from them. Do not believe them when they say they test and service the machines before they are sold because they certainly DO NOT check them. The dryer we bought was delivered not working took over a week to get them to fix it. It’s been just over one month and the dryer has stopped working again. The manager will do nothing to extend the warranty period. This place is a scam run by crooks"

"Purchased a lg French door freezer at bottom only for less than a year it has went out. I was told that the refrigerator should not have been sold. The serial # was removed and they basically said so what do I want them to do about it, they warranty is only 3 months! Don’t waste your money with them!"
