"Staff are polite but not respectful of customer time. First time in I waited for 40 minutes, being told "5 more minutes" multiple times, so I ran out of time and left. Second time, I waited 15 minutes, got 5 minutes into my upgrade, then other customers came in and the rep decided to start chatting with them and helping them for 10 minutes while she sat with my half filled paperwork in front of her. This is not how to treat valued and patient customers. (Edited to add: I received a response here from the store asking for my contact info, which I emailed them, but they never actually contacted me to take care of the issue, thus wasting more of my time. Reducing my review to one star. Final Edit: I was messaged again saying I should hear back from the manager in 24 hours. I did not hear from the manager. So even more of my time wasted. I give up on AT&T.)"
