"Sat in office 20mins before being told my doctor wasn't even there, out sick. Called days in a row to ask about a new appointment. Office 1 person... said they didn't have time for patients and to tell the office manager (over 2 locations) that they need more staff when she calls. Online service they use is not only unhelpful but gettho fabulous with repeated same questions like you didn't already respond to them. I have screenshots and more than willing to post them. Please don't respond to me with a lame excuse online because I will post all of it. I gave 5 different appointment options and they made me an appointment for a date and time that wasn't even close. If you care about your mental health don't go here. They will let you be out of meds for over 15days and don't mind at all (also in screenshot) I talk to the manager about the online service company and don't worry she doesn't care about that either."
