"i had generations drywall do some work at our home, we where living in the home during the construction. i have never seen a contractor of any sort leave this kind of mess in someone's home , both inside and out, they didnt clean anything, they washed their tools in our kitchen sink and just left it and also on the side of our house all over our driveway. The area of the house they were working on they did'nt clean anything. after the first day i called Dennis and he was on vacation , and told him that this was un acceptable . then the next day they were scheduled to show up, no one showed up , no one called to cancel, so i took a vacation day for nothing. i called and finally got ahold of Brianna , who told me they would be coming the following morning at 8 am, they did'nt show up until after lunchtime, again no call to let me know they were going to be late. then they left another huge mess before a holiday weekend that me and my wife had to clean because we had company coming over. after all that they came and sanded the job , left another huge mess , i complained that there were many spots i wanted fixed, no one returned my phone calls or ever came back to do repairs, after four weeks i hired someone else to finish the job over 5 months later now they want me to pay full price for a job that was never completed, i offered to pay half my bill, and they said now they are filing a lien on my property. i would stay as far away from this company as possible. their customer service if horrible, their employees are messy and have no respect for your property. and their quality of work was for from acceptable. when you call with a problem they are rude or dont respond at all, very unprofessional."

"If i could do negative 10 stars then i would. customer service is terrible. Bunch of smartasses working there. No respect. Suppose to service tools of mine week's ago and they keep making excuses then proceeded to tell me to just go somewhere else after having me wait for 2 weeks and my tools still arent fixed if the quality of there work is anything like there customers service then i would run far away from this company and hire someone else."
