"I've never had a friendly visit in JoAnn's, meaning no sales people on the floor have ever asked me if I needed help. And I always walk around looking lost until I find what I need. I keep returning because they always have what I need after I've tried my best to avoid going. Nice clean store but customer service can use some training."

"I have never had an issue here. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The reason for the 4 star is because of the lights flickering. My son is epileptic and was with me. We had to leave shortly after getting there. Please consider fixing the lights!"

Their lack of customer service and the ridiculously slow/unorganized joke they call an online ordering system couldn't be worse. I'm over this place. There are so many other options out there. "We were at the St Peter, Mo location yesterday and Amanda (I hope I got her name right) she worked cutting fabric, went out of her way to assist us. She even went all the way up the registers to check us out to correct a mistake. A great employee. Nice to find someone who not only knows their job but is very nice and helpful"

"I was originally pretty happy with the store and the array of fabrics, but Petra was incredibly rude. Upon being served at the fabric cutting table by Kelly (who was very nice), Petra called for a ticket number and got no response and asked us what number we were. When we said we didn’t take one (because there was only one person in front of us who was being served and they were almost done), Petra very visibly rolled her eyes and angrily went over to the store speaker to say in a rude tone that customers need to “grab a ticket and simply continue shopping and we will call you when ready.” We just assumed the tickets were for long queue times. Kelly even said it to us that it didn’t really matter much since it’s all going to be cut anyway. What’s worst about this situation is we didn’t cut anyone in line, people only started showing up after us and took tickets. This was our first time in the store so we had no clue this was required. Kelly seemed to converse with us more after because I think she could tell that we were annoyed by Petra. Thank you to Kelly for being kind, but I will absolutely never return to this fabric store as an employee (Petra) seeks to be rude and to embarrass a customer just because she was displeased. Absolutely terrible and I hope management will remind her to be kinder to customers, especially because this was our first time here."
