"I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. This was the absolute worst company I have ever had an experience with. The staff was unbelievably rude. I was told more than 4 times that my fence was going to be installed on a specific day. I called off work on ALL occasions so, I could be home while they installed. Each time, theyu never reached out or contacted me to let me know they weren’t coming. I sat at home waiting for someone to show up each time until I eventually took it upon myself to reach out and was told I was never even on their schedule even though, their employee had told me I was scheduled for that day. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. My fence has been paid in full and is still not up. We ended up hiring a different company after almost FIVE months of being lied to by this company. The manager was extremely rude as well when I voiced my concerns. The entire company is unprofessional, mediocre and disrespectful. I would have been better off hiring a man off the street to install."

"Absolute worst company ever. So incredibly unprofessional. Lowe’s subcontracted them for a fence we bought. Took forever to schedule with them. Had materials sitting in my driveway for three weeks. Missed two appts they scheduled, then lied and claimed Lowe’s had sent wrong material so they couldn’t work on the fence on the third spot they scheduled. Got flagged on all three tier levels from Lowe’s and removed from the installation. Their receptionist literally tried to blame it all on her getting the second dose of the vaccine. Stay away from them. They left holes all over my yard, they unwrapped and opened all materials even though they never installed anything."

"CMac was the only company who took the time to meet with me at the property for my new fence estimate. Others only emailed information or stopped by when it was convenient for them, while I was at work. All my questions were answered (Thanks, Jay!). Staff was courteous, pricing is competitive, and materials are top quality. Office staff always checked with me first to make sure time frames worked with my schedule. We're very happy with our new fence! This has been THE BEST interaction with a company during this pandemic year!"

They came when they said they would come, they finished when they said they would finish, they built what we asked them to build, and charged what they said they would charge. David, Shamar, Jay, and Jose were very professional and responsive to our needs. And the follow up after build service was equally great. We would and have recommended them to anyone interested in high quality/professional service."
