"I would not recommend this company to anybody. I own a tree business and five years ago we went to Virginia North and South Carolina doing emergency work. It may have been six or seven years ago. We ran up an invoice total of approximately $194,000. They never paid us and gave us the runaround forever. Of course they got paid from the insurance companies and kept all the money. Complete thieves don’t recommend these people to anybody. Terrible business terrible company. The only good reviews here are from the homeowners who got the work done. All the work is subbed out to subcontractors by timber Warriors. They get paid first and then they decide who they want to pay and if they want to pay somebody. They gave me the runaround forever. for me to sue them I would’ve had to go to a different lawyer in every state and every county to sue them. Terrible company don’t recommend them to anybody"

"BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM! Don’t let this scammers enter to your property! Here what they do: they provide you to sign the misleading contract with n/a amount and then charge you EXTREMELY HIGH amount for incomplete work without any explanation of the bill. If you ask to provide the itemized invoice—you will never get, but instead of that they will send your information to collection agency and they will threaten you with that collections. DONT KEEP QUIET: inform your state’s attorney general and file a lawsuit against that criminals for fraud that they conducted against you! All the victims of that Timber Warriors scammers— you are welcome to join the Class Action Lawsuit against them in order to stop that deceptive contract practices that they use against people!"

"If your insurance company tries to use this company DO NOT USE THEM, they take advantage of misfortune to vastly overcharge. They cut down the top of a tree for about triple the price it costs a normal local company to do the job and claim its "emergency pricing". They waited two more days after a rainstorm to "tarp the hole" a 6 inch diameter hole on a shed, it took 20 min and they charged $500 for the tarping, they charge over $400 an hour for a guy to show up and hammer in 6 nails. They abuse the fact that you agree to payment before they do any work to just charge whatever they think they can milk the insurance company for."

"I manage production at a TCIA accredited tree service that has contracted jobs from TimberWarriors. I cannot speak for the services provided to the client because this depends upon the quality of the tree company that shows up to do the work. However, I can speak as a contractor that will not work for them again after doing 4 or 5 jobs. They keep half of the revenue and will hardly pay anything for the job. Our. Rees can make more per hour pruning crabapple trees than for doing storm jobs. We recently took a tree off a house for TW and the wanted to pay just over $300 for a job that i had to pay a 3 man crew for 4 hours of overtime pay. Finally TW agreed to pay $600 which is less than 1/2 what we would’ve charged for regular tree jobs with the same man hours- not an emergency weekend storm job. I will never make this mistake again."

"Our insurance company recommended Timber Warriors, storm brought down a hundred foot tree on our house causing serious damage. After 9 days and zero return calls(they left a message on the wife's phone saying they were still looking for a contractor?)we finally fired them for lack of response, I made phone calls almost every day to them and all I ever got was we're looking for a contractor, I don't think anybody actually does any timber work, I think they just contract all their job out to somebody else. They are worthless."
