Walmart Supercenter

"I have been going to Walmart pharmacy since they opened. I must say, the quality of service, customer relations, and just common human courtesy has gone to the waste side. I remember fondly, how kind the pharmacist was, and the customer service cashiers that truly cared about the community and the consumer. Those days are sadly gone, and the new norm is waiting in line through the drive-thru for 20 to 30 minutes, with assistants with little or no personal concern for human life. Instead, they tell you it's your issue, but in reality, it is on their end. Never in my life have I ever felt so embarrassed, when the assistant tells the pharmacist all her cards keep declining. Well, maybe it's human error, as I watched two other customers go before me, no problem. My turn, she asked for ID, which was in hand, but she was too unaware to see it in my hand. Next, she continues to run my bank card multiple times, then asks for another, and then finally a third one. Enough, at that point, are you for real? I stated, there are no problems with my cards, until I came to you! We are not playing this game with my bank cards, as it will possibly shut them down, as it looks like fraud. She has the audacity to ask me for a third one. Finally, the pharmacist comes over, my original card is run, and goes through in seconds. Moral to the story, there are those who would rather blame you for their incompetence, and attempt to publicly shame you, before looking at their own failures and apologizing for humiliating you, and wish you a wonderful day! People do not put up with being treated poorly by an establishment that has the ability to update their payment system, with a tap or a card, instead of swiping, which is old-school pay. Oh, thanks for the extra, "Have A Wonderful Day Comments, From Employees That Chose To Eavesdrop, And Throw Their Two-Cents In On Something That Had Nothing To Do With Them. I'm sure my disabled child appreciates you for being so crast in regards to me picking up mediation for them that aids them in functioning in life. Keep It Classy Lake Saint Louis Pharmacy! I know corporate can't wait to hear my experience. Trust me I will make it a point for them to know. Do better! You serve the community, we do not serve you."

"Low weekend stock on the same items week after week has become a little annoying. This has been happening more in the last 6 months. We've been shopping at the one in Lake St Louis and avoiding the Hwy K location because overall, it's just a better experience. I just hope this situation improves, especially when demand for those items couldn't be more obvious."

"Walmart in the pharmacy here at Lake St. Louis have totally taken care of me, Heidi is amazing! I appreciate everything they always do for me to try to expedite my prescriptions. Educate me, and make sure that I am getting the proper pricing! I have switched from CVS permanently."
