"I've been a very loyal customer here for as long as they've been open. 5yrs, maybe. They've been like a Cheers, almost..Recently I walked off and forgot to grab the ice I paid for. When I went back,, even after having a very friendly personal conversation, they denied me getting the ice. Stating it was too late. They even said they saw me grab it which is a blatant lie. It's a matter of principle, and I'm appalled not only at being denied, but at the accusation. There was no mistake, there was no way they could have confused the situation. I'm only one person, but if after all these years and money I've spent there, my loyalty and means nothing, I'm moving on. Imagine how many people they rip off. It adds up!"
