"super shady, i recieved order confirmation & two weeks go by, still no order shipped confirmation. so i reach out, no answer. i went through just about every possible way available to contact them, & nothing. finally i get a response on their facebook after a few days and they proceed to tell me they have cancelled all orders due to "proccessing department issues" i never got any kind of update like that. my order still didnt say cancelled nor refunded, and they start tellin me "maybe to make things easier you can just dispute it with your bank for the refund" to me that just sounds like just ask your bank for the money, while they go ahead and keep what i already paid them. they then told me i can go ahead and place a new order right away (before my order said cancelled) so i asked them why would i have to place a whole new order and go through refund if you guys currently have my payment & order in place. they blocked me on facebook as soon as they noticed i wasnt exactly happy with the conversation. the order now after a few days finally says cancelled, but no refund. to me, the whole thing sounds like a quick scam to get people to pay them twice for one order, even if my bank refunds me, the principle of it all is just super scummy & shady. they dont deserve it."
