"My contractor and then I reached out to Window World of Davenport at least 5 times asking for an estimate. The super nice lady said that a salesman would be in touch. Five times they did not bother to respond. I asked the lady if there was an issue with my project, it is not at all small. She assured me there wasn't but the salesmen were very busy. After 3 weeks we went another direction. Super disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up. My contractor had been singing this company's praises but no longer will. Wish we had had the opportunity to provide a review of products but alas this is just a review of the lack of customer service."

Their attention to detail and finishing touches with repairing some of our wood trim was greatly appreciated. They were extremely accommodating when it came to scheduling. Left our home cleaner than it was before they arrived to install. "We have used them many times for our many rental properties. We then decided to use them for all new windows in our home. They came, measured all windows that were needed. We waited till the ordered windows came in and they came to install. During the installation they realized that one window was missing after they already destroyed our existing windows. They then patch the missing window together and left. We assumed they would get that window installed soon or ordered and installed if they didn't have it. We heard nothing from them and shortly later received an invoice for one window. We tried calling I would estimate over 10 times and no call back from anyone. It has been 6+months and still nothing. We can't even open this window they pieced together. Who's at fault? Who didn't count correctly? Yet we are stuck with this ridiculous situation. We have paid this company thousands of dollars for completely new windows on multiple properties. If this is how they treat us (good paying, repeat customers) I'd hate to be a new customer. Planning legal action. You should NOT be able to conduct business like this. Would not recommend at all after this experience."
