"WASTED $240. NEVER DISCOUNTED. Arrived at the address on the site at 7a , come to find out that’s not where they do business . Called- the shop wasn’t open. Being my first time receiving service .. I wasn’t Tod the correct address while booking . The lady who answers the phone is the owner Sophie. She doesn’t know anyone who books & she overbooks their services. 3 DIFFERENT people were in my head at 3 DIFFERENT TIMES . No 2 to a head , if you thought this was that it’s NOT!! Not fast at all. STARTED on my head to STOP when new people arrived just to not get the job done until hoursss later. I left at 5:45p. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Unsanitary- the owner & the shop. Eating while doing hair. Very inconsiderate. While booking told me one price once I got there I paid another price."

"I had a very bad experience at this place . I went to do a certain style after sending them a picture , on areival they told me i had to buy the hair which sounded like it will take long. I went with what was available . Starting the braider was being harsh on my scalp and when i complained, she took down the braid and said she can't do it . I paid $60 for literally nothing . Bad service , selfishness and so inconsiderate ."
