"Be careful renting from this location. Make a commercial reservation. Called three times to confirm. Asked them to send reservation confirmation, they said they can’t because it’s a local branch reservation. On the day of pick up, the truck is not available. They said that the reservation was in St Louis because the phones are answered in STL and they forgot to write down that it was an O’Fallon reservation. We had to wait for them to transfer the truck to the local branch."
