"I used to loved rent cars in here, usually I used to rent cars for 2 days or 3 and we used to return the car back in the day when we have to return the car but in “closed hours “ and they didn’t charger us more . But now idk what’s going on with them but I rent a car for 1 day, I pick up the car thrusday noon and we should turn the car on Friday before 6:00pm. We return the car after 6:00pm but in the same day and they told me they will charge a whole day just because I didn’t turn in the car in time!!!!! This is ridiculous"

"Car smelled like someone had smoked marijuana. Checkin and check out was quick. Employees were nice. I thought it was odd that they wanted proof of residency if using a debit card and there was a three hundred dollar hold when using a credit card. I had rented from enterprise a few weeks prior (from an airport) and did not have any of these issues"

"Enterprise is always the easiest place to get a rental car. This one was through insurance, but insurance had not arranged for the vehicle. Took one phone call to get authorization, and Enterprise set us up with a great vehicle with under 1,000 miles on it. Vehicle was in fantastic shape and was a pleasure to drive for the 3 weeks we had it. Drop off was just as easy."

"The got a little backed up and I didn't get my car until after an hour past my reservation but I COMPLETELY understand if someone doesn't return a car or whatever the case. They remained cool calm and collected and provided great service for me to get me a rental for the week and we're super accommodating when I was able to return it early when my own car was done with repairs."
