"I am Emerald Club and generally enjoy renting from National/Enterprise however my last experience was very disappointing. The first rental had a huge gash on the sidewall of a tire so I exchanged it for another safer ride. I left three bottles of bourbon and a pair of air jordans in the trunk accidentally when I returned the car. I realized this and drove back to the facility within 2 hours. I was told nothing was found and the rental was checked back out. A manager was going to watch the video, capture license plate, and find out where it was going and when it was due to return. Very simple. I was satisfied. I filed 3 claims online for missing items. After a couple days not hearing from them, I drove back and spoke with the front desk. Manager was absent or eating lunch - who knows. Clearly not wanting to help. A second trip was made, same result. I will never rent from this facility again. I get it, its my fault but a little help would go a long way."
