"Nice and clean quiet park"
"I used to live here back when this park was named Royal Pines Village and I wouldn't return to this park even if someone gave me a free trailer in this park and paid me to live there."
"This place has very poor judgment on who they call to snow plow. The guys who plow here don't do a good job I had to shovel half the road bcuz they failed to show up. Should have called Beckwith at least they will leave a person here to complete the entire property leaving no snow or even ice."
