"Poor customer service! Lady was on phone and had to wait for a few minutes to check out which was no biggie. Lady was still on phone while checking us out still no biggie. But when the debit machine was froze and I say it not doing anything she replies I don’t know what you want me to do about it. Then she proceeds to tell whoever she was talking to that she had to go because she had to check people out. As a store manager She has no customer service at least not good with people or the people she was talking to on the phone she was complaining about her workers and how she had to keep certain people out on the floor cause they can’t handle the registers or anything else"
