"Last time I went to this Midas I spent over a grand on my front end. A day later I had to go to yet another midas and pay them another grand to replace the belt. So much for that 40 point check or whatever they call it. Didnt notice the belt was about to snap? After 46 years in business and they couldnt catch that? Oh well, I let it go. Thankful I didn't jack up the entire engine. A year later I go back to the Clinton Midas and they charged me $40 bucks to do what Autozone does for free. I even offered to buy a $50 gift card so that I might walk away with something while still paying them for the 5 minutes it took to hook my car up to an error reader but nope. Complete rip off. When I spoke to the owner he was completely rude and unhelpful. Apparently they don't want to work on old cars. And that little survey link the owner shared below....Dave already told me he didn't care if I complained because he's been there for 46 years. So nice of him. Great representation for Midas."
"They did such a good job replacing and rewiring the headlights on my daughters car, her backup camera works everytime now. Great work, they don't waste time, very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend."
