"BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Completely surprised bc I assumed my visit to the store to get my daughter’s phone fixed would be like every other cell phone trip to other stores…but it wasn’t! I was lucky enough to get BREANNA when we arrived. She was knowledgeable, patient, understood my problem, and most importantly fixed it! Prior to my visit to see Breanna, I had wasted hours on the phone with Apple customer service and I had also called T-Mobile customer service, but got nowhere…until I found Breanna. It was a complicated fix bc we had Apple ID’s mixed up, phone numbers needing to be transferred as well as data. The screen time app was locked and I did not have the password - no problem! Breanna figured it out & we were out of there in less than an hour! It was incredible. When I need a new phone, I’ll go to the Richmond Heights store & schedule with Breanna. You should too - she is very smart and can solve problems. Thank you Breanna!!"
"I was Feelingl overwhelmed, my phone needing to be replaced, while alarms from Property literally going off and workers can't stay in contact with me, couldn't stop the security using the phone for everything luckily for me Mr Criss Romero-Ruiz assisted me and my new phone is in the mail. Had to take the time to thank you Sir and I'll recommend insurance with T-Mobile because he did a great job!"
"Customer service was horrible. An associate started helping me with a warranty exchange (phone keeps dropping service, after spending two hours yesterday with online support troubleshooting and replacing SIM card was told if problem persists to go to store for exchange). The associate manager overheard, walked over, looked at phone, and said he doesn’t have a diagnostic machine but sees nothing wrong with phone and therefore he won’t start a warranty exchange even though the tech support people had instructed me to start the warranty exchange. He said I’d have to do that online; he won’t do warranty exchanges at his store. Apparently it’s too much work for them. However, all associates are pretty much just sitting staring at their phones with nothing to do. I will never return to this store location. No point in physical store locations if they won’t help you. Had he taken the time to pull up my account, he would have see. All the notes in my account and that the warranty was already authorized."

My Galaxy Z Fold 4's screen started fracturing as it neared completion of its installment billing. However, Stephon swiftly got me up and running with a new phone and even sold me on some wireless earbuds I'd been eyeing for a while. In less than 30 minutes, I was fully set up and ready to go. Stephon Thomas, whom I highly recommend, exemplified professionalism and efficiency. Moreover, the rest of the team was equally friendly and contributed to making my Customer Service experience surpass what I'm accustomed to these days. Places like this truly stand out and deserve recognition."
