"We were assured there would be no issues with delivery. Oh was there. They showed up early gave the poor excise they couldn't get up our driveway and the store manager was absolutely rude. She refused to listen to anything we had to say was argumentative then when we canceled she could care less. Didn't try to make it right with us. Maybe if she stopped talking over us when we called we may have gotten somewhere, but she refused to listen. We have used Aaron's in the past with no problems. Never again with the kind of service we recieved. They have turned into a joke. Oh and to boot couldn't even get our names right."
"If you can avoid it, do not order from here. Terrible attitudes, mishandling and the crew inside state "its not our fault." We ordered a trundle bed 10/02/2023. We were supposed to have it delivered in 10-12 days. No response or phone call regarding our delivery, we've been back and forth almost daily trying to get the second piece to our bed. We got the drawer and back panel 13 days after we ordered it. They continued to charge us weekly for this bed, but were unable to produce the bed. Told us daily we'd receive a call back and we'd never get the call back and each time we went inside, we'd have to deal with someone else. It is now 11/03/2023 and still no first box to our bed. Every employee has said its delivery and trucks fault, and has told us of the inability to do anything regarding our order except order an entire new bed! We haven't had a problem with staff until today, the lady who is sales manager (Not Stephanie) MOCKED us. We finally called corporate on them and turned them in. Hopefully they get some staff who actually cares about their customers. If customers didn't purchase items, yall wouldn't have a job."
"PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE THAT LITTLE AS BOY LOOKING LADY IS UNFIT FOR HER POSITION UNPROFESSIONAL I USE TO WORK FOR THEM IN 2017-2019 AND I DIDNT HAVE AN INTERVIEW I HAD AN INTERROGATION MADE ME WALK OUT THE INTERVIEW NEVER EVER DID THAT WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS GO NATIONAL RENT TO OWN OR RENT A CENTER WHERE THERE MUCH MORE BETTER PLEASE PEOPLE"
"Easy process thanks to the staff I spoke with BUT the delivery guys apparently were raised in a barn! One of them were okay but the other short one with dreads, what is wrong with him? Overworked and underpaid? I mean just rude for no reason, stomping around my house like some self entitled child. I understand everyone has a "bad" day but when you are dealing with the public especially coming into someone home you should learn to be cordial. I'm not asking too be buddies but jeez show some respect and wash your face thoroughly in the morning. That delivery experience left me a bit doubtful of Aaron's. I even offered a tip to the guys because I can imagine how grueling this work may be but the angry child just stomped out the house again without saying a word, at least the other guy was nice enough to let me know they were done with installing my washer and dryer. Yikes!"
"If I wasn’t almost a year into paying for my merchandise, I would definitely be sending it back the ladies in there or rude disrespectful. One person is telling you one thing. The next person is telling you another day then when you get up to the store to talk to a supervisor on our manager ages. Oh, I’m sorry for what happened I’ve been running from them since June I missed one payment and they didn’t even want to give me a computer I have even contacted general managers and all and haven’t received not one call back from anyone. At this point I would never rent from Arron’s again."
