"I purchased some headphones from here, didn’t ask for my receipt, and immediately tried the head phones out. They didn’t work so I attempted to return them, but the young lady working at the counter, despite seeing that they clearly didn’t work, wouldn’t let me because I didn’t have my receipt. I called the information line at the airport who eventually got me in touch with the company that owns Tech On the Go who eventually got me in touch with the assistant GM. She told me that she wouldn’t give me a refund because they were earphones, and since I put them in my ears “they couldn’t resell them.” This is beyond frustrating. They sell products that don’t work and then don’t give refunds. Ridiculous."

I should have kept the receipt, but it was 5 minutes later and assumed it wouldn't matter since I just bought them. Nope. Should have kept the receipt, they wouldn't exchange without it. No exception. $80 down the drain. Not recommended."
