"Great cookies, sweet employees, fast service but DANG... The atmosphere absolutely sucks. Plain concrete walls, there are always spiders and spider webs in the large front windows, almost Everytime I've gone at least one of the ordering machines is broken, you stand there like herded cattle, crowded in a small space, awaiting your name to be called. The experience does NOT match the product. Other than that, if you're ok to spend like $5 on one cookie (enough for 2 people), then you're not going to find a better cookie in Dubuque...commercialized or not, they are flipping amazing."
"Disappointing. One of my top 5 fav cookies this week and i get this. As someone who used to work here less than 2 yrs ago, I would've gotten in trouble for sending out a cookie like this. Honestly missed the mark. CLEARLY Reheated the frosting to make it easier to C-Swirl, heated it too long and the chocolate chips began to melt which muddied the frosting, and then failed to even ATTEMPT to frost correctly. You cant tell from the picture but its a mountain towards the center of the cookie. Scraped on the frosting and gave up. Attached a photo of what it should look like for reference. Maybe its because i showed up during night shift (9:20pm) regardless this cookie shouldve never made it to me like this."
