"The employees here are horrible! They are more concerned with having their conversations and goofing around than helping customers. I asked for a drink and they gave me the wrong one. I literally told them 4 times before they gave me the right one. This was after sitting at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. It’s like this every time I’ve gone there. I will drive all the way across town to avoid dealing with that."

"Went through drive through. While placing my order someone was clearing out another order. I included hotcakes on my order. Couldn’t see that it wasn’t on my order because the screen was still being cleared from something else. Paid at the first window. Got to the second window and received the order minus the hotcakes. When I asked for the hotcakes I got told it wasn’t on the receipt so “not hotcakes”. When I tried to say it was a part of the order the employee pointed at receipt again."

"Everything was good. Food, service all of it. However, I was the last one in the restaurant. 8:15pm. They locked the doors while I was eating inside the restaurant. 3 cars pulled into the parking lot. Wanting to come inside but couldn't because they locked the doors. One vehicle was a van with at least 10 people. I think they did go through the drive thru. It just seems like restaurant's, McDonald's especially! Likes to close the dinning room before the posted hour. They seemed to be more concerned about getting the dining room cleaned than taking care of the customers. You have posted hours? Honor them! People are getting tired of this! Not everyone likes to eat in their car!"

"Don’t bother ordering from here. I ordered here and they not only charged me for my order and then forgot items but when I called to request a refund they declined my call TWICE. In person is even worse. You’re ignored blatantly. They will make eye contact with you and still walk right past you. Only order from here if you don’t care about your order or don’t care about throwing money away."

"Never gets my order right. I tried using the app thinking maybe it was a language barrier at the box getting my order messed up but no luck. Even when I used mobile last two times both were messed up. Apparently ‘no onions’ means slather on tons of diced onions on every burger. In fact go ahead and stuff them in the middle of a couple pieces of cheese so the customers can’t scrape them off either. At this point it’s malicious. The foods not cheaper than Hardee’s anymore either. There are other options in the area that don’t mess up every order."
