"Placed a mobile order, they were busy. Not a problem, I was happy to wait for my order. Worker came out to my vehicle (with his gloves on) to let me know he was busy and it would be another 5 minutes. Like I said not a problem. 5 minutes go by he brings my food out. Me knowing he didn’t change his gloves after touching door/door handle asked him if he changed his gloves before he reached into the meat and cheese and toppings for my sandwich. He replied “no I didn’t, is that a problem”. Yes it is. It’s very unsanitary. The purpose of gloves when preparing food is to prevent cross contamination. Not just to keep your hands clean while preparing food."
"This was the worst and most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had at a food establishment. I will be telling everyone in Wentzville about how this ruined my dinner. As you can see, the sauce here is orange and creamy, not at all honey mustard like it’s supposed to be. The sauce is also spicy, not sweet. To prove a point, I was given the sauce below, and pushed to accept that this is honey mustard when it very clearly isn’t. I was able to do an exchange for a plain sandwich after forcing the employee to be held accountable for their mistake. It’s my third terrible and I do mean TERRIBLE experience with this location. Never again. And for anyone that may be contemplating it, DON’T go here."
"OMG, I am one of the only people in Wentzville and in my family that defends Subway before tonight. I went in with a coupon and it says it is good at this address and the two ladies working said it wouldn’t work?? Did it not work or was it these individuals were not trained on how to enter it!! What ever they reason was it was terrible customer service!! They asked what we wanted after that and I said Penn Station and we left and will never return!!"
"The sandwich was good, but the service was terrible. Unfortunately, that's not strange for this location. We put in our orders for curbside pickup. After letting them know we'd arrived, they brought out one order and not the other, even after we informed the employee that came to the car. We sat for several minute waiting, until my sister went into check. They forgot. She got the order but they didn't even apologize for the error. We got home and realized that the first order was wrong. We went back and they did replace the sandwich, but still didn't apologize. Previously, we've had wrong orders and the time prior to this one, my sandwich was delivered divided in half in a brown paper bag instead of wrapped in their sandwich paper. This is the last time for that location."
