"1st off I’m from Chicago so you have to stop thinking about typical pizza before trying IMO’s. Perfect day to stop in and get a extra large 1/2 baked pizza. Especially with the snow ice and closed roads. Pizza was fantastic and cooked the last half perfectly at home. I’ll definitely be back to eat one fresh baked at your restaurant."
"Food is always great. However, expect your food to be at least one hour later than the estimate. When you call to ask, you get routed to a third party who has no idea what’s going on & eventually will transfer you to the store. The app will show your pizza is being made the entire two hour duration of your wait. Great food- just be prepared to call 3x and not to get one apology."
"Food was great. Staff are definitely not used to having people who want to dine in. Totally ignored us for our whole meal except to deliver pizza. We had to put our own tables together for my group. The drink machine was out of several flavors. The pasta we ordered was over cooked and under seasoned. Pizza, toasted ravioli and salad were delicious."
"$37. Simple request of very light sauce; ham/sausage and extra cheese. Took an hour and a half for delivery. When called the next day they could care less. Far from the first time they have sold an inferior product and could care less about requests. The driver even made a joke that it was “hot” when he arrived. If you want to be insulted by a business then come here!!!"
