Wingstop

"I don't like making bad reviews, but I feel I've given them enough chances. This place just can't get it right. Food is rarely prepared correctly when it is it takes 10x longer than expected. Now they just arnt making orders at all and you show up and nobody knows anything. Wingstop please fix this. I will spend so much more money here. Don't be like the Wentzville Taco Bell....."

"My kiddo requested Wingstop for her birthday! We were all excited just got a few chicken sandwiches. 1 Cajun no pickles, 2 Hot honey dry rub no pickle. Simple. I should have known better, and wasted all 3 sandwiches. 1st bite went well for all 3 of us and during that 1st bite we all had issues with the rubber texture before swallowing we all had to spit it out. I've cooked for 17 years in the restaurant business in all types of kitchens. This meat was freezer burnt, and feel like a sucker for trying to chew through a tire. I didn't go back in to demand a refund because it will just be a gift card, back for the amount I spent. Once food has been ruined it's hard to want to trust that someone handling my food won't do that again. Please just do better ."

"The employees were dropping the F-bomb repeatedly. I ordered my carry out for 5PM pick up at 830 in the morning and it was not ready until 520, and they messed it up. They did not provide my daughters boneless wings and the extra veggies and I had to drive back, another 40 min out of her birthday party of only 5 people!! This was not an outrageous or complicated order! Very dissatisfied. Will not be back."

"This is my very first Wingstop experience. I was not disappointed! I tried 4 different wing flavors, Buffalo fires, and fried corn. Everything was great! And the ranch was to die for!!! I ordered online and got my food fairly quickly. I will definitely be back."

"Welcome to Wentzville Wingstop We are happy to have you here. However, my first experience was not the best! I was missing multiple items of my order. My fries were a hot mess and my wings were cold. To add insult to injury the manager was rude when we asked for our missing items. I pray it gets better bc we love wingstop and are excited to not have to drive 25 mins away to get wings now."
