"We have rented a double unit for 6 months and they were to have the door fixed to get to things needed on one side but haven't. They expected me to sit over an hour outside the gate to troubleshoot why it wasn't opening rather than call the one who should be there to fix or open it. And wanted to make sure the one behind me couldn't get in if I did bc they may not have been up to date on payment. Yet, the next day they decided to just have the gate wide open as another time they did for several days either it open."
