"I've been a Home Depot customer for over 40 years. Over the past few years quality has plummeted. I've had several issues lately and today I bought a pallet of sand. I was charged $25 for the pallet it was sitting on and when I got it home, my truck bed was covered with sand. About 1 out of 5 bags was busted and pouring sand. Last summer I ordered a pallet of flooring and every box had at least one damaged piece. They didn't charge me for that wooden pallet at least. It's 18 extra miles to Lowe's but I think that it might be worth the trip."

"Usually have a good experience when visiting the store. Today my husband and I wanted to purchase 2 security cameras and needed help finding what would work for us. Went to ask for help on 2 occasions and no one came either time. Needless to say we left without making a purchase."
