"Easy to find items. Great value. Very clean and organized."
"The Cedartown store really sucks. I always have to wait a long time to get the pharmacy to answer the phone. The clerks are nice but they are very ignorant. I will never go there again. I suggested that my wife use another pharmacy --- Bradford Pharmacy, the people that work at Bradfords are much nicer."
"The only reason to do business with Walgreens in Cedartown is when it is the best price through something like GoodRX. Every time I have had to do business with them the person I talk to refuses to answer whatever question is asked, and even if you change the question to clarify it, they keep spouting the same inane statements. I have had them refuse to order a prescription without seeing the coupon first, and had them tell me that a drug that has prior approval confirmed, needs prior approval. I even had the letter in hand one time. Their version of customer service is truly bizarre."
"My personal business with Walgreens was heard by at least 4 other customers and 1 of them even put his own opinion about my business out to everyone in hearing distance and nothing was said to him I felt ganged up on. Finally the pharmacists came out to explain why she would not fill my prescription that it was 2 days to soon, after more than a year of getting the prescription filled on the day the Dr. Prescribes I the new pharmacist would not fill it. I thought the Dr's were in charge."
