"Visited friends new apartment nice and spacious, lighted parking , secure entrance a little pricey for 2bdrm but worth it"
"My recent visit to Riverview Plaza left much to be desired due to the condition of the parking lot. The lot is riddled with potholes, making navigation a real challenge. While the plaza itself may have some attractive features, the poor state of the parking area significantly detracted from the overall experience. Urgent repairs are needed to make it a more welcoming destination."
"Loaded with what looks to be homeless people lurking around. Saw one person walking the parking lot looking thru car windows for something right in broad daylight middle of the day."
"This place has the WORST parking lot! It's full of massive pitholes and if your not careful you can really mess up.ypur car. It looks pretty run down and at first I thought the stores in the strip were vacant but I now know that they are actually running businesses inside of these places. It just looks incredibly old and run down. As if it's not been kept up with at all. A lot of work needs to.be done in order for it to look nice at this point."
