"Hi just want to say something from my bad experience was shopping here,, When i just got first come in, no one’s greeting me… but the other customer come in they greeting because they are american? and im not? Its kinda rasist to me but not this point , im no worries about this. after i selection the shirt etc, some staff just always follow me every single time i go, made me feel uncomfortable… I know i try some shirt etc took long time, but the end of that i bought that!! when i just pay all items that i bring , they whispered each other that he/she talking bad to me , when i already paid, he give me a broken/hole bag , that is totally cannot acceptable!!! I ask them to change it, they said dont have the another, what kind of h&m doesn’t t have more paper bag??? He do it on purpose to made me feel bad! I keep paid that said thanks and left, but here i go, GOOD PLACE but BAD SERVICE His name is ANIEL as i remember (have an afro hair). thank you! I dont want to come here ever again."

"Great store but once again in the Galleria. The stores close when the street lights come on. What a shame, have to love that metro link, you know the one that is responsible for bringing most of the crime to once pleasant places. I guess the St. Louis Center and Union Station weren't enough. If you build it they will come..."

"Tall girl with black hair to the shoulder is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. -10/10 customer service. I ripped my bag and asked for a new one. She said “sure” and then proceeded to throw my clothes in the bag in an extremely aggressive manner. When I turned around she scoffed and said “hm.” Like what was the issue? I had a receipt."
