"I wish I could give 0 stars. I called this morning asking about a package that had to get re delivered. I asked if there was a way that I could pick it up and the guy on the phone had an attitude with me so I ended up hanging up. I don't understand why people have to be so rude when all I wanted was help. He could have been more kind or understanding about it"

"They Lost all my mail! How does that even happen??? this place needs to be shut down or everybody just needs to be fired the person who answered the phone was rude and when I went to go change my address in person the lady had an attitude this is ridiculous"

"Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They lost my mail and had my check sent to the wrong person and this person found a way to cash it, and they will not help me or take accountability at all for sending my mail to the wrong place. Then the multiple people who have called me have given me attitude (even though they made the mistake) and say there’s nothing they can do. Honestly can’t believe they’re allowed to keep there job talking to customers the way they do."

"Horrible delivery times and mail often doesn’t show up or lost. I’ve had to drive multiple times to pick up my own mail which is someone else’s job."

"The lady at the counter is very kind and nice. Variety of packages you can choose. But I wish there were more counters open. I like that the self service part is still open even when the post office is close but would be nice to have more instructions on how to do things."
