"Do NOT RENT here, website states fully secure, detectives have stated, only a few camera's actually work. They are not easy to deal with, rude, and your unit WILL be burglarized. I am out over 30K of my property to the man in the next unit. Do not store anything valuable here. Had my locks cut and replaced by someone other then office, and they claim they are NOT responsible. Still under investigation."
"I rented here for a year & a half. The units were nice & clean but the facility as a whole is not secured, they just appear to be with fencing & never a locked gate which is weird hence the name "61 secure storage." Most staff is very RUDE!! Every conversation left me irritated or upset with how I was talked to. They have no respect for their paying customer. Unprofessional. I gave a months notice of when I would be moving my things out & wanted to move on a Saturday due to having help. Unfortunately since that day landed on the 1st of the month, I was told I had to be out that Friday or they would charge me a whole nother month. They were unreasonable and I would not recommend using this storage facility!!"
"These people are HORRIBLE! Rented storage for a few years here and my stuff was broken in to a couple times. Also they tried to double bill several months stating they never received payment. In the end, we have called several times to get our deposit back and no such luck; no return call or deposit returned. If it looks like trash, it probably is trash"
"The lady at the front desk was very helpful and prompt. The area was also very clean and it seems like it'll be a good area to store your stuff as long as it's not super valuable because they don't have a security front gate."
