"Nice place, I get all my parts and service from them."
"We had a wonderful experience buying our first Kubota tractor! The buying process was easy, and the delivery was wonderful! Kubota in Dothan has been with us from the beginning of the process and continues to give us GREAT customer service! I would highly recommend shopping her first for ALL land equipment! VERY SATISFIED with our experience!"
"I purchased my Kubota (Diesel) zero turn from Bondy's Kubota. It was the biggest one they had and I spent a lot of money on it. I was extremely pleased with the sales department. I decided that I would also let them service it, since my original experience was good. Well that ends today and it also will affect where I purchase Kubotas from in the future. I dropped the lawnmower off and when I picked it up, the invoice was $700. To change the oil, air filter, blades and grease the unit, they charged me $420 in LABOR. The remainder of the invoice was the parts, tax and 3% in credit card fees since I had no idea I needed that much cash on me. When I asked "Travis" about the labor, he said it cost more ($120/hr) because its a "diesel", then he walked out the door. Its a lawnmower, not a semi truck! Thank goodness they didn't get all the grease off the deck of the mower, that would have been another $120."
"Bought my tractor just over 2 years ago. When i bought it, i ordered the blade protection for my bucket. They did not tell me it was out of stock. Ive callee every few months since then and they tell me it is still out of stock. Over 2 years of waiting and nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. Imagine if i were 2 years late on payment. I'm sure that wouldn't go well."
"They gave me the most for my trade in. Other kubota dealerships offered me at least $1500 less than Bondy's gave me. They were quick to respond and they were thorough when explaining the new feature of my new tractor. Jeremy was very friendly and made my wife and I at ease. Nobody there tried to pressure us or make us get extra attachments that I don't need. I will be going to them for all my tractor needs, even though there is closer dealerships. Body's will always be my go to dealership."
