"I have had a PMB here for almost 3 years. Most every employee calls me by name. Before I even get to the register, they are checking for my packages and allowing me to get through the process quickly. This store may be very busy some days, but it makes sense- the friendly customer service make people want to come back!!!!"

"We are from DeFuniak Springs, FL. In Dothan for other business we visited the UPS Store in Dothan (right before Christmas) to ship some returns. They were BUSY which we totally understood. The BEST part of our visit to this particular store was getting Anna to help us. She was the MOST pleasant employee that we have encountered. She was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Every business needs to hire people like Anna."

"The Dothan, AL UPS Store has been helpful and friendly in the past. The line usually moves quickly as they have adequate staff. I was helped by an unhelpful and rude staff person that I believe was just working over the holidays. All in all, my experience for the past several years has been positive."

"I went to send a package off this morning Oct 24th and it wasn't very big or heavy and it would have be 64 dollars, I have sent heavier and bigger packages and it hasn't been that much (I normally prefer to send stuff to my kids with UPS, but now I am going back to US mail) and when I asked why so much when I have sent heavier items for less the young lady was well we don't set the prices and was rude, I wasn't being angry I was just wondering what changed. I have been customer service since high school and I am in management now and I can tell you this girl is going to cost you customers."

"I had two returns I dropped off at this store and there were a few people inside but we were all handled quickly and for myself I can say professionally. There's a fair amount of parking in the parking lot and a wheelchair access ramp at the end in front of the store but no wheelchair parking anywhere around. Inside they had two business counters one which I'm guessing was supposed to be accessible but it was only inches lower than the other counter. They had a computer center, shredder, mailboxes, copier, cards and business supplies. I will visit this store again if the need arises"
