"Tonight I purchased 2 packs of cigarettes and a quart of oil. I left the store only taking my 2 packs of cigarettes with me. I left the oil on the counter at the store. As soon as I get home I realize this and immediately tried to call the store. I called 3 different numbers and all the numbers were disconnected or it was a Atlanta mobile number that was not connected. I then searched my house thouroughly to make sure that I did not have it somewhere in my home.not locating my oil I immediately drove back to the store which is less than a mile from my home. I went into the store and talked to the same clerk who I had made my purchase from. I asked him, did I leave my oil on the counter? He said no sir, you did not, I asked him again, I said, are you sure? Again, he says no sir you did not leave your oil. Calmly, I walked out of the store and gathered my thoughts. I then decided to write a review. Tomorrow I will call Chevron corporate. I know that it was only a small amount of money, less than $10 for the oil. But, it's the principle of the matter. I want to see the cameras to show me that I walked out of that store with the oil. Because I know that I did not. I looked for 15 minutes again when I got home, nothing. I am extremely disappointed and I will make sure that I tell as many as I can what the happened at the Hop-in/Chevron on the corner of 3rd Ave and Ross Clark Circle in Dothan, Al. Crooked thefts!"

"Love the store absolutely! But who ever than old white man was running the paving crew !? Ya it was real dry huh that’s why my tire marks are in it and on the street . I’m not the idiot either don’t think I didn’t hear it . All I asked was to drive out the other way before it was completely blocked I didn’t want to take my truck through the fresh f**king tar lay over . Sorry store - not sorry to him ."

"I was very embarrassed. I paid half my order cash and the other by card. My two cards would not work. I couldn't figure out why until I was thinking about it. He tried to run them as debit. I wasn't thinking at the moment when it asked for my pen. He got upset with me and signaled his hand at me to leave and put my items back. There was a line behind me when I turned around. I have never experienced a cashier turning me away. His chip reader didn't work and the real problem was knowing how to process the payment correctly. I still shocked he singal his hand for me to leave like I was an animal. I guess in their country, that's custom. Don't support his business. Support businesses that are kind."

"Good parking, Handicapped accessible, the outside never seems to be clean. However their staff is always polite and they have a wide variety of items. It is always stocked. I come here for the customer service. It is great."
