"I needed a storage unit rather quickly. I had good experience renting from a place on the outskirts of town years ago but it was quite a jaunt. I checked this place out as this storage area is closest to my house. A unit was being cleared out from items someone had left behind but Audrey was able to show it to me so I could see of it would be big enough. She was a good communicator and prompt when she met me at the unit. While I was there I met Tom, one of the owners. He greeted me with a big smile and I felt like this was the right place for me! Both Audrey and Tom explained that the unit would be cleaned and serviced before I moved in. I met Audrey at the office where I signed my contract. She explained the lease and made the process easy. I gained access within a day. The unit was cleaned, the door was serviced (greased and track adjusted). I'm so thankful I got this unit and Tom is wonderful! From what I understand, Tom is a new owner within the last year or so. I highly recommend his company!"
