"Automated system for drug orders is not accurate. I ordered a prescription on a Wednesday, the system said it would be ready by 3 that same day. Didn't hear anything I called Saturday when I needed to start taking the drug and they hadn't even started to fill it. Very frustrating!"

"I can say this will be the last time I support any of these businesses locations. I try to support local business any time I can. My last experience ended with me disrespected by the staff. Particularly with a certain individual with the photo department. Call in to speak to a manager just for that manager to condone that employees actions. Your businesses have gotten the last of my money. I’ll be going else where and taking anyone else I can with me. This establishment is a joke and certain staff are extremely unprofessional. If you need anything from a drug store, look elsewhere."

"I really like the convenience of this store. It's never too packed, they have a great selection, and I just enjoy the atmosphere. The only thing I don't particularly care for is how some of the staff comment on or look through the things I'm buying. It goes without saying they have to scan the items and whatnot, but it feels a bit weird when they comment on a personal or health-related product or stop and read the cards I've picked out. Overall, I'd recommend shopping here."

"In light of these other negative reviews, I have never had any problems at this or any location in town. I take my 3 year old up to the ice cream store and the people are very courteous and show great pride in their work. In the store I do a lot of shopping and have never had any problem with service or the products they sell. We should be happy to have a small town drug store committed to the community like Hartig has been for so many years. It is sad that all we see is the negative reviews, I wish more people with good experiences would take the time to say so."
