"Guy at the drive thru window was a jerk, I told him the drink he was trying to give me wasn’t mine, said “mmmm yeah it is” and slammed the drive thru window shut. Last time I’ll be going here unless he gets some customer service skills. Waited so long for my drink only for it to be the wrong thing. Ordered a caramel frap, got some mocha cookie crumble frap that I can’t have, the label on my drink what was I ordered. Seriously need new employees."
"Have patience. If you have issues there's PLENTY of other locations in town (literally one right across the street). If you've ever tried manage a brand new store while at the same time training people, you'll understand that it can be difficult."
