"My husband and I both really like the burritos here. I'm vegetarian, and there is a meatless option for me. The topping selections aren't as numerous as Qdoba which we really really love, but this comes in a very nice second place (I wish they had a whole week tortilla and a brown rice selection)."

"Put in an order for Carryout, pickup time scheduled for 12:15. Show up at said time and they haven't started the order. I waited 35 minutes for my food while 20 plus walk in orders were completed. Nearly 45 minute wait in the store and the cashier could care less....... Never again. Also one of the order tickets was partially wrapped in my burrito.........."

"I eat here often and have noticed a severe decline on cleanliness. The dinning are often has dirty tables and the floor is rarely swept. The area we see for preparing the food needs a DEEP CLEAN. I can only image what the area in the back is like. I love Poncheros and would love to see a increased effort taking care of these issues."

"Came here for lunch! Always have to get pancheros when we travel up north because we don’t have any in Kansas City anymore. Got a steak burrito and it was so good! Staff were very nice and the restaurant was nice and clean too."

"Date of visit: Sunday, April 24 approximately 1:10 pm Not really impressed with this place. I guess I am just used to authentic Mexican Food made in a kitchen, not Subway style in front of me. The food was mediocre, nothing I will be going back for. For the price I paid for what I got, I would rather go to a dine in authentic Mexican restaurant. There must have been at least 6 people working behind the preparation/food bar and the bar was a sloppy mess. I understand they are trying to work quickly and efficiently, and it was a busy time when I walked in, but the customer can see all of that. The customer is supposed to see that, otherwise it would not be set up that way. They were slopping food all over the place, mixing items. Once I paid the exorbitant price I proceeded to search for a table. There were about 5 open, every single one was filthy and needed to be wiped down. Have we not learned anything from COVID?? The napkin dispenser was empty; I had to alert the cashier to that as well as the dirty tables. Several minutes later, another employee came out to attend to these duties, but her first priority was to fill the napkins instead of cleaning the tables. Did I mention I was there at a busy time, when customers would be searching for a clean table to sit at? Parking is plentiful, the location easily visible."
