The day I put stuff into my rented unit I had a small lock that management didn't see when checking the premises and they instantly called me to make sure I was coming back (they seen me putting stuff in) to put a lock on and to make sure my lock wasn't tampered with. then called me back to tell me the lock was there and ok! "Overall, I am satisfied with the service. It's conveniently located off Radford Road and a quick drive from my location. I got an indoor unit for a good price. Just be careful driving around the building as their are some large potholes. I had some difficulty at first finding my storage unit but I was communicated promptly with directions on where to go. It was very easy to sign up for a unit through the user-friendly website. I feel my stuff is safe and secure at their facility.
