"Evan with EPG Homes built our new construction home back in 2019. To this day we still pull up into the driveway with a smile on our faces for the house we call home. EPG went above and beyond during the entire process to make sure our worries, demands, and wants were all met with logical decisions. Evan with EPG in many instances noticed things we missed and made his crew fix, repair, and even at times tear down to redo to perfection. The thing that settles our minds the best was the home inspector we hired locally here in Chattanooga. He did our pre-closing inspection along with our 12-month post-build inspection. This home inspector who I will not name told us he does every well-known builder in the Chattanooga TN area and has more horror stories he cares to admit with those well known builders. At our 12-month inspection, he had done a few homes from EPG now and he told us "Corey, you should be happy with your home. I am incredibly impressed with the quality of these builds and the things I have found were pretty minimal stuff that you do not need to worry about". For that, we knew we went with the right builder and hope EPG builds our next home down the road!"
